Travelling for Umrah from Johannesburg felt overwhelming at first, but Flywell made the entire journey effortless. From the visa process right through to our stay in Makkah and Madinah, everything was handled with care and precision. A special thank you to Sadika, who was always just a message away and guided us with so much patience. It truly allowed us to focus on our ibaadah without any stress.

The AROYA Cruise experience was something completely different for us, in the best way. From the moment we booked, flights to cabin selection. The haalal-friendly environment on board made a huge difference, and the entertainment kept the whole family busy. Definitely one of our most memorable holidays.

As first-time Umrah travellers, we had so many questions and concerns, but Flywell handled everything with such professionalism. The proximity of the hotels to the Haram, the smooth transport, and the overall organisation made the journey incredibly comfortable. Fuzlyn was exceptional throughout, always checking in and making sure we were prepared at every stage.

We did Turkey with Flywell and sure… wow hey. Cappadocia was something else. The planning was solid, but what I appreciated most was that nothing felt overdone. We still had time to just explore and enjoy. Eugene sorted us out nicely.

We did Dubai and Abu Dhabi as a quick break and it was exactly what we needed. No admin, no stress, just arrive and enjoy. Sadika really understood our vibe… not too busy, not too quiet, just right.

That AROYA Cruise? Yoh… different level. The kids didn't want to leave, my wife didn't want to leave, even I was like maybe we extend 😄 Eugene made sure we got a good deal and explained everything upfront.

What I liked was there were no surprises. What was promised is what we got. The cruise itself was amazing, but also just dealing with Sadika made things easy. Quick responses, clear info… no chasing.
